Karen qualified in 1991 after training with a firm in London's West End. On qualification she joined the Chester office of Russell & Russell and has since headed up the residential property department becoming an Equity Partner in the practice in 2001.
Her experience in London, which included acting for builders, right to buy and complicated leasehold transactions, formed a basis on which to build and the department has grown over the years with work coming from local agents and clients. Karen is proud to have retained her contacts in London and still acts for clients in the Home Counties.
