Loosening Of Restrictions On The Media Attending Court In Family Cases.

A new law came into force in April 09 which allowed the media to attend family proceedings in any court. However, there are restrictions on what they can report for example, they may not always be able to publish details of what happened in court and what was said in evidence- especially in cases involving children.
