We are always looking at emerging technology and new media to try and improve our efficiency and communication. We were one of the very first firms to offer online case tracking to clients for Conveyancing transactions. We run Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts to try and reach our clients in as many different ways as we can and to actively pursue business opportunities. We use SMS text messaging to contact clients with updates and are looking at a range of new marketing initiatives including Bluetooth and WiFi communication to offer us as many possibilities as are available to keep Russell & Russell ahead of the game.
As the old adage says “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” – we have been around for over 125 years so we must be doing something right. Customer service is at the heart of all we do and we firmly believe that as we move forward, we will continue to offer our clients the highest quality legal advice at reasonable fees and with their best interests at heart.
