EMMA FOUDY ( Personal Injury )
Emma graduated from the University of Salford with a degree in LLB Law with Criminology in 2017. She went onto the University of Central Lancashire to complete a full-time LLM and LPC course, graduating in 2018.
Emma joined Russell & Russell Solicitors in August 2018, working as a Paralegal in our Personal Injury department, based at our Newport Street office. She started her two-year training contract in November 2019 and is set to qualify as a Solicitor on 31 October 2021
Emma is now spending the final six months of her training contract within our Family Department where she will be assisting with the Private Law team and dealing with work around divorces, financial settlements, co-habitation and arrangements for the children of separating families
During her time in the personal injury department, Emma dealt with all types of personal injury claims, including accidents at work, clinical negligence, road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability and public liability claims.
Outside of work, Emma likes to live life on the edge by indulging in the adrenaline-fuelled activities of sky diving and rally car driving. Emma is a huge dog lover and is ‘mum’ to German Shepherd, Kaiser. On quiet weekends, she likes to take Kaiser for long walks and unwind with a glass of wine and crime drama box-set.
