Michelle began her career at Russell & Russell in 2006, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008 when she became a permanent member of the family law team.
Michelle is an equity partner and Head of Family Law. Michelle spent 8 years working from Russell & Russell's Chester office developing the family law department there before returning to the Bury Office in her capacity as head of department.
Although Michelle's experience is in all areas of family law, she focuses on representing parties in care proceedings and children law matters. She's an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and a member of Resolution.
In her spare time, she likes to keep active, ideally making the most of the outdoor green spaces in and around Greater Manchester with her family.
