VICTORIA MARSH ( Wills & Probate Partner )
Victoria is qualified with a degree in geography from the University of Manchester, which she obtained in 2002. She went on to receive a Commendation when she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDipL) at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2005. Following this, she undertook her Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2006 and embarked on her training contract at Russell & Russell. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.
Victoria is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), an independent organisation of solicitors, barristers and chartered legal executives who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. She is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
Working from the head office in Bolton, Victoria specialises in mental capacity law and assisting those with mental health issues either under the Court of Protection, lasting power of attorney or Appointeeship. She also undertakes wills and probate work.
Outside work, Victoria has two small children so, other than walking her German Shepherd, definitely has no spare time!
