We currently employ over 90 people in our Conveyancing Department. They include qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives.
Together, we have a wealth of experience and knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing. The firm is accredited under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and our conveyancers benefit from Continuing Professional Development. We provide both internal and external training to all our staff to ensure that they're able to meet the needs of our clients and deliver a quality service. All our conveyancers are closely supervised by one of our Senior Solicitors, each of whom has considerable experience of conveyancing and is a specialist in this type of legal work. We're long established and our business levels have steadily increased in recent years. Our ethos has been to deliver a quality service at a fair price and as a consequence to both retain the business of the people that we act for and also to acquire new clients. We completed over 8,500 property transactions in our last financial year to the 30th April 2019 and a high percentage of those transactions were for past clients, their family or friends and other recommendations. We have retained the traditional values of the High Street to serve our local community, but also undertake work throughout England and Wales as news of our reputation has spread. We've also embraced technological advancements to improve efficiencies and the speed of transactions.
